The leopard moth seems like it's destined to be distilled into a black & white icon. They are pretty common in the American southeast and it's surrounded by plants & flowers from that region. 

The insect theme is part of a larger body of work, Entropia based on plants & insects native to the American south east. It also gave me the opportunity to layer beautiful paper and make something that is simple, elegant, and an homage to the natural world around me.
